Guest Relations and Retail Expert

Par Exsalonce Salon and Day Spa is an award-winning Aveda salon and spa with a 30 plus year presence in the Kansas City area. In fact we are the largest Aveda salon in the area and still growing. We are currently looking for positive and motivated customer service professionals to join our phenomenal team. Must be committed to excellent guest experiences, growth and teamwork.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong problem solving
  • Attention to details
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Proven multi-tasking proficiency
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for periods of time
  • A professional and positive manner

Pay rate dependent on experience. Both full and part-time available. Must be able to pass background check.

Required experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years
  • Retail Sales: 2 years

Hair, Skin, Nails and Massage Professional

We are always accepting applications at both our Overland Park and Zona Rosa locations. 

We are a constantly growing, high-end Aveda salon looking to expand our AMAZING team. We are looking for excellence. The right candidates will be licensed, positive, goal and team oriented professionals motivated to be the best in their field. Aveda experience is a plus but not a requirement. We currently have room for two part-time positions. We offer a highly competitive pay rate! Must be willing to work nights and weekends. We offer a guaranteed hourly pay for the first 90 days, paid vacations, education, a 401K and an incredible work environment.
